Practice Toolkit

Practice Toolkit acts as a foundation for each tool, a means for the Practices to connect and manage permissions of staff, Practice Profile, Clinical Integrations for Patient Data etc.

Initialising any tool has a one-off onboarding fee to ensure everything is set up correctly, answer any questions, support with any change planning etc and ensure key staff understand the systems being subscribed to.

Basically everything you need to ensure an easy, simple engagement with Practice Toolkit for all staff.

This can be reduced by £1000, to £495 per practice Onboarding IF:

  1. The Practice follows the onboarding steps guided in the dashboard

  2. Syncs with Clinical Systems using the provided mechanisms

  3. Invites out staff to enable training and onboarding

  4. Subscribe during the Trial period

This reduces the amount of effort for our team and so we can pass on the discount.

Patient Recall Optimiser

Patient Recall Optimiser is a tool you can subscribe to, it dramatically reduces admin effort for planning, inviting and managing Recalls, reduces appointments and increases revenue for Practices.

The current benchmark data suggests practices:

save or generate nearly 8 times the cost of PRO

We've two pathways open here:

Quarterly Standard

12 month + Fee Protection + Refund Guarantee

Term

Quarterly

12 months

Subscription Costs

10p per patient per quarter (40p pa) (based on the patient list at the time of invoicing)

40p per patient

(based on the patient list at the time of onboarding)

Payable

Quarterly in advance

One off in advance

Fee Changes

Price changes would be communicated in advance with renewal invoice

Protected from any changes

(100% discount as already paid for those quarters)

Refunds

None

Any unused days (from whenever you give notice until contract end are completely refundable) – no quibble and transferred within 30 days

In short, the 12 month is by far the better option if cashflow allows – you get any price changes protection and no quibble refund on any unused days (we’ll just pro-rata it and refund within 30 days) so it’s better peace of mind as well as cheaper overall. If you really want to max that out we can look at a 24 month version to lock it in even further (still refundable).

Messaging Service

Our SMS (texting) services can be used per patient/or in batches and doesn’t clog up the consultation list in EMIS.

It can be triggered easily from within Practice Toolkit for simple invites and follow ups and per patient or in batches.

The message is pre-created from customisable templates (e.g. 1st, 2nd 3rd invites) and can be check and edited manually just before sending.

This is chargeable at £0.025 per SMS Segment (154 characters) - the same as Accurx but without the Annual Charges.

You simply pay for what you use. This will also be available for bespoke messaging.

If you'd prefer to use an alternative SMS mechanism you can easily single click copy each patient's mobile number.
