We've all been there; any kind of change can feel like an effort.
Adopting Practice Toolkit doesn't need to be. It's SO easy it could be adopted with full onboarding/training/engagement in the same day.
Free up your team in 4 simple & supported steps;
While all these steps can be self-led, we'd recommend time
with our Change Champions (it's free and easy), they'll help guide
through all these steps and make the whole thing easy and stress-free
1) Trial & Set-Up
Have a Walkthrough/Demo of Practice Toolkit/Patient Recall Optimiser
Book a guided session, or follow the step-by-step Set-Up instructions yourself
2) Identify Relevant Staff & Workflow
Identify the current workflows, and how they different from the new workflows
Identify which staff are relevant stakeholders here - which will be freed up by stopping doing something, or which will do something differently?
Engage/invite key staff to communicate the goal and benefits of the change.
3) Decide the 'Transition' Date for using Practice Toolkit
Discuss with key staff members the ideal transition date for the practice, factoring in Comms & Training timelines. Is that a fixed date to start everyone, or stagger by staff roles/soft launch?
Update the system with the pre-usage information to avoid duplicating effort
4) Communication & Training
Use Practice Toolkit comms templates, or write your own to share with all stakeholders, including; the transition plan, how they will be impacted, the benefits of doing so and the transition date.
Invite all relevant staff to Practice Toolkit and assign appropriate permissions
Staff have time to undertake their training to better familiarise themselves with the system
Reminder comms on transition day.
