To avoid the manual process laid out for 'Sending Letters' we're working with EMIS to enable an automated process.
You still get personalised letters per patient, listing exactly the appointments needed that month, an idea of future appointments to encourage pro-active bookings etc
So what would change;
The template letter options would be within Practice Toolkit
Automatically be generated into printable letters rather than exporting and mailmerging or generating in EMIS per patient
Automatically file each letter to relevant patient into EMIS
Send all required letters, and file in 1-2 minutes (you'd still need to post them!)
