Purpose
To dramatically speed up inviting patients in bulk for the whole Practice so that all invites can easily be handled by a single staff member (or more if preferred).

DAY-TO-DAY Usage
All recall invites organised for the month in under a minute. Two simple steps:
Select all patients
Send SMS Invites (automatically sends next SMS in the template sequence, ignores patients already fully booked and sends in batches to avoid reception overwhelm)
Selection Toolbar
In the Monthly Overview, a new 'checkbox' column will be added (left hand side)
You can manually selecting 1 or more patients will display the black tool bar to action the selected patients in bulk.
Or, select the checkbox in the title bar (next to 'Patient') to Select All - based on the filters applied at the time.
Select all when no filters are applied will select all patients for that month
Or, to be more selective; you could filter by a particular recall group, that they still need to book an appointment then select all.
You can 'deselect' specific patients by clicking on the selected checkbox, or deselect all
Once relevant patients are selected - click the relevant icon in the black toolbar
Add a record that you have called the selected patients (unlikely to be used en-mass, more in smaller call list batches)
Send an SMS (text) or add a record that you've sent an SMS with a different system
Add a record that you have emailed the selected patients. Bulk sending emails/email templates are in the development pipeline, let us know how much you prioritise that.
Add a record that you have sent a letter to selected patients. Bulk creating letters/letter templates are in the development pipeline, let us know how much you prioritise that.
Dismiss will deselect all patients and hide the toolbar again
'Send Next SMS' Panel
If you select Send an SMS from the toolbar a side panel will open;
If you want to record that you have sent a bulk text with a system outside of Practice Toolkit, click to switch at the bottom of the panel.
The panel will display the number of patients and which text template will be sent to each group based on the sequence selected in the Messaging Settings.
You can click to expand each group to see the preview of messages.
Patients where no invite is required (where they have booked or completed all required appointments for that recall month) will automatically removed from the send list.
The total invite count displays the number of invites which will be sent. underneath this, a preview of the Batch Staggering settings is shown so you can see the total time needed to send all invites.
Once you click to send invites this cannot be undone or cancelled. All batches will eventually be sent.
