Practice Toolkit frees up your admin team, reduces appointments, maximises Enhanced Services funding and improves clinical safety/patient outcomes.

1) Book a Demo/Walkthrough (Free)

20-30 mins

Costs: Free

Who: Ideal for individual staff, wider practice teams, or PCN/Clusters.

What: Experience Practice Toolkit via a live Teams sharescreen - It’s free, no obligation, and shows how the system works and the likely outcomes you'd benefit from for your context. We can record the session for internal sharing.

2) Start a 45 day Pilot Programme (Free)

Easiest way to get confidence it'll work for you is to use it!

Our pilot gives full access to the system and guided sessions to set-up then use the system to invite patients for the next relevant month in a supported way. We're serious about enabling you proper usage to gauge impact with minimum stress/time from your recall leader, that just needs planning/clarity - see below!

Within that time you'll know if you want to continue into subscription or you can walk away anytime and we’ll just close the account/purge all data.

Pilot: Set-Up

45-60 mins session

Costs: Included in one-off fee (only if you decide to subscribe, otherwise no charge)

Who: Recall Management Lead +/- other Practice Management/Admin Team

What: Start actually using Practice Toolkit with your core recalls, optimise your real patient needs and export/send relevant patient invites.

This is a 'working call' - we'll (remotely) support you to have the system ready to use.

  • Authorising access to your Practice account for a 45 day pilot of Practice Toolkit

  • Loading Patient Data / Syncing with Clinical System

  • Review Activated Recalls e.g. Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, DOAC, any Medication Reviews etc so you can use the full system.

  • Select your Practice Wide Optimisations - using Medication Review or Patient Birthday as the 'anchor' month.

  • Review Monthly Overview of patients needing appointments and pre-prepare for managing invites

You'll end with a full Impact Assessment with staff feedback for the practice and a: 'ready to go' system, plus 12 months of recall plans for all patients and maximum earning potential for the practice.

Pilot: Patient Invitations

60-90 mins session

Costs: Included in one-off fee (only if you decide to subscribe, otherwise no charge)

Who: Recall Management Lead +/- other Practice Management/Admin Team

What: Another 'working call' - alongside the Recall Management Lead to actually run it; sort and send the first month's invites for all activated recalls - more specifically;

  • Review Patients requiring an invite this month

  • Update patients with bookings already made (therefore irrelevant to invite)

  • Plan and record the most efficient process specific to your practice to;

  • Export invites in batches or schedules via your messaging system or Send SMS invites via Practice Toolkit (any SMS/Texts sent from Practice Toolkit during the pilot are free)

NB: Book this session for a day when you'd

normally send invites for a new month

3) Decide your future

Within the pilot it'll become clear if you want to continue or not. Either way the pilot period is free.

If you're walking away, while very rare, we'll 100% respect that, you'll not be charged anything, we'll deactivate your account and purge all data.

If you'd like to continue, let us know asap - the remainder of the pilot period and any SMS sent during the pilot will still be free - but it'll give more time to arrange and pay the invoice before access is automatically restricted at the end of the pilot period.
