Guided Timeline: Practice Toolkit Trial -> Subscription

1) Book a free Demo/Walkthrough

15-30 mins

Experience Practice Toolkit via a live Teams share screen - ideal for individual staff, wider practice teams, or PCN/Clusters.
It’s free, no obligation, and a great opportunity to ask questions.
If helpful, we can record the session for internal sharing.

2) Book a guided Trial Set-up Session

30-45 mins

We’ll walk you through everything needed to set your Practice up for a successful trial, including:

  • Authorising access to your Practice account and choosing a trial duration that suits you

  • Activating and reviewing relevant recalls (including enhanced services, with clinician review) - while simple, this is the only time-consuming task in the whole journey

  • Loading Patient Data / Syncing with Clinical System

  • Inviting and managing staff access and permissions

  • Select your Practice Wide Optimisations - using Medication Review or Patient Birthday as the 'anchor' month.

Optional follow on Trial Session

Once you've got your recall list how you want it/accurate etc, we can help you work out how you'd prefer to actually use PRO to manage patients.

  • How you'd engage with the patients listed each month

    • Invites approach/frequency/templates etc.

    • Receptionist engagement - easy visibility of what appointments are needed

    • Appointment/Booking management

  • If time allows, we can help generate a supported Impact Assessment - identifying current vs. future workflows, potential admin time saved, identifying released staff capacity, and expected enhanced services income to produce a clear Impact Assessment document for other decision makers

3) Trial/Decide to Subscribe

  • Make the most of your trial with full access, including:

    • A 12-month full recall plan for all patients

    • An Enhanced Services maximum earning-potential report

    • The ability to review your tailored Impact Assessment with key stakeholders to support your subscription decision

4) Adopting Practice Toolkit Planning

  • For a smooth, low-stress rollout, we recommend a planning session with one of our 'Change Champions'. Together we'll:

    • Choose your onboarding/go-live date

    • Reconfirm workflow impacts and benefits

    • Use or adapt ready-made communication templates for admin, reception, and clinical teams

    • Direct staff to self-guided training resources

5) Subscribe

  • During your scheduled Onboarding and Training call, we’ll transition your practice from trial to Subscribed - so you can quickly begin experiencing the real-world benefits straight away.

  • Unlimited Help & Support is accessible to all staff for any guidance or reminders.

  • New features and updates along along with guidance notes and training.
